Details: LzScreenKernel.as - Stage.align and Stage.scaleMode  
properties need to be set even without scaling.

LzScreenKernel.js - Use eventlistener rather than clobbering onresize  
event

embednew.js - percentage values changed to 100% for container div now  
that scaling is done in the runtime


Tests: LPP-3461 test passes, IE scaling now normal.
