     Restructures the build hierarchy so that there is no longer a  
build/src,
     making it much less confusing and making Eclipse happy.

	Run ant clean before trying to build with this the first time.

Tests:
	Compiled several times from various starting points. There seems to  
be a problem
	building the documentation, and I'm not sure if that's my fault or  
not. I hope
	Jim can review this and confirm or fix.
