Details:
     Left out a new file from the previous review/commit.
     This was a generated file from javacc, that now is not generated  
(we override it) as we needed a new method
     to hold the return type.  Sadly, I did not wait for the QA  
review last time, which would have caught it.
     Missing this file breaks the build.

     See history of LPP-5059 for more details.
