[Can you guys try out this changeset?  You will need to do a clean  
build after installing it.  Jim, there is a slight possibility this  
will fix your problem.  It seems possible that a fast mac might  
suffer the same issue as a PC.  Max, I don't know if you have time to  
try a profiling run on a PC, if not do you know someone else who  
wants to try?]

	Details: I thought of a cleaner way to uniquify the profiler
	keys.  I think this will make profiling work on the PC, where
	for some reason the timer resolution is poorer.  (Because of
	the poor resolution, the results will not be as accurate, but
	at least you should be able to get some results now.)
	
	Tests: Hoping my reviewers will report success.
