Good, except that there are still some resource name clashes (when  
running in emerald) which yield warnings:
incubator/newcheckbox.lzx:6:38: The resource name 'lzcheckbox_rsrc'  
has already been defined
incubator/lzcombobox.lzx:39:47: The resource name  
'button_small_middle_rsc' has already been defined

Do we have a standard for naming resources? If the resource name was  
required by convention to have the class name as a prefix, we would  
avoid resource name clashes, but also lose the opportunity to share  
resources between components.
