Ok, so removing these from the schema means that any program that  
tried to use these in the open tag will now fail with a syntax error,  
right?  If these were already deprecated, and we are now removing  
them, why are we adding documentation for them in LaszloView?  I  
guess I need more information to understand what we are trying to do  
here.
