	Release Notes:Baseform and baseformitem now have change management.
	New variant of floatinglist, plainfloatinglist, that doesn't have
	the end cap.
	
	Details:newbaseform/newbaseformitem were incubator components that
	implemented change tracking with rollback and commit. That
	functionality has now been merged into baseform/baseformitem. All
	incubator components that derived from newbaseform/newbaseformitem
	have been updated to derive from baseform/baseformitem, and
	incubator/newbaseform.lzx has been deleted. I added a new unit test
	for baseform, in test/components/base/lzunit-baseform.lzx.
	The incubator version of floatinglist basically just had a different
	look. I refactored lz/floatinglist into basefloatinglist and its
	subclass floatinglist, and added a new subclass, plainfloatinglist,
	that implements the incubator look. The incubator component
	newcombobox has been updated to use plainfloatinglist. The file
	incubator/floatinglist.lzx has been deleted. Added wrapper pages for
	basefloatinglist and plainfloatinglist
