[Laszlo-dev] IDE on WTP 1.0

Hi Sebastian,

IDE for Laszlo is now an Eclipse Technology Project - meaning it is  
community-run and developed, although evelopers at both Laszlo  
Systems and IBM are still contributors to the project. Please see  
http://www.eclipse.org/laszlo.

There is a Resources page that is continually updated with new tasks.  
I'd also suggest looking at the newsgroup and mailing lists there.  
And yes, there is a bug tracking system that is part of the eclipse  
IDEforLaszlo project - run via Bugzilla. The Resources page has links  
to all of these things.

As for WTP 1.0, the IBM folks are working on this issue right now.  
Stay tuned! We will put an announcement up on http://www.eclipse.org/ 
laszlo once it is ready.

We still have a known issue of getting the IDE to run correctly under  
JDK 1.5 (it was built/tested on JDK 1.4). If anyone is interested in  
working on this, please let us know. There is an open Bugzilla item  
for this task.

While there is no current "next release" plan, the Resources page  
will be updated to include such when it is available.
