[Laszlo-dev] little tiny build broke: defaultpreloader.swf not found in weather

I bet it is looking for it in WEB-INF/lps/lfc and that it should be  
moved to lps/includes/lfc (part of the 'put the lfc in a sane place  
patch, and the preloader just assumes that it is in the same place).
