[Laszlo-dev] old weather demo

The weather demo in trunk isn't the updated one Josh Crowley did a  
few months ago. Nor in legals. In both, it's still the very-old one  
that looks up information from a cgi on laszlosystems.org, which has  
bad cached data. Josh is looking into where his commits went. Did the  
changes get lost maybe during the p4 to svn switch?

Jim, if you can shed some light on this...
