This is not your bug, but `hasNoDelegates` is a load of crap.  It is  
only ever set to true.  If a delegate gets re-added, it is never set  
to false.  Your choice to file a bug or simply replace it with  
`delegateList.length == 0`.  If you do the latter, feel free to  
remove the code in LaszloEvents too!

Is `focusable` another attribute that should be defaulted in LzView  
to false?
