This is legals, and the legals build has been failing since 1612.  
Last-known-good was 1593. Here is the svn log of changest to legals  
in that time period:

Related to LPP-2390. $isstate is not explicitly initialized in  
LzNode. This is a one line change to define $isstate to false. This  
is set to true inside LzState.

Return to version 1007. Version 1591 is causing /test/lfc/data/
