[Laszlo-dev] What to do with LZX apps that try importing fonts in DHTML

There is  wiki page called "DHTML Target", but it seems to be more  
oriented towards making sure that the work gets tracked.

I'm going to start a page called "Rutime Differences"  which  
specifically address user-visible differences in the runtimes.
