Summary: Finalize keyboard and mouse kernel implementation for DHTML

New Features: Refactored keyboard and mouse out into separate kernel  
classes, updated runtimes and LFC to be more compliant with the  
kernel API spec, prefixed private methods/properties in kernel with  
__, cleaned up sprite constructors
