I was trying to override a variable $isstate in the base class. My code
originally just set the value, $isstate = true. This does not work. To fix
the problem I wrote the line as, prototype.$isstate=true. Another way to
do this is inside the class initializer. I'll check with Tucker if this is
the preferred way to fix such issues.

I can now drag/drop with both dhtml and swf. I'm seeing some missing images
but I think that is due to flickr or some other issue.
