Summary: Fix image loading in IE, make safari/webkit worakround more

New Features:

Bugs Fixed: LPP-2231     Dragging pictures into Clips results in  
blank thumbnails in Clips in DHTML version on IE6, LPP-2355      
Lzpix: dragging images into clips can sometimes add extra images that  
were unknowingly selected, LPP-2458     Thumbnails not copied into  
Clips until next thumbnail is copied, LPP-2465     Lzpix: camera  
image is missing from start page in dhtml/IE6
