[Laszlo-dev] Build of 3.2 branch failed

The subversion build instructions and the major build changes  
happened at some point after 3.2. We were still really living out of  
perforce when doing lps 3.2. So to build 3.2, you have to use a  
different setup than to build trunk. The big difference is that you  
have to use ant 1.5.1 for the 3.2 build, and ant 1.6.5 for current  
development branches.
