Probably.

I think what happens is that people turn off these 'extra'  
compilations in their playpens when they are developing and then  
accidentally check the properties file in.

But here's another proposal:  Perhaps we should have a policy that  
these extra compilations (all but the default swf flavor, profile)  
are off in development branches, and as part of the release procedure  
they get re-enabled?  Or, if someone can come up with a scheme where  
these extra compilations are only enabled on the build machines;  
perhaps that would be the best option.
