[Laszlo-dev] glassfish && Faces for Laszlo

I seem to like all the features in glassfish for running laszlo.  
Although I am sad to see that the alphaworks Faces for Laszlo was 
'retired'.  It would be nice to grab that code and integrate it into 
openlaszlo....  I was at the point to use it, but it vanished :-O

Also, glassfish will setup a directory name for whatever name you want, 
and the ider4laszlo is way too picky about directory names, without much 
feedback on the errors.
