	Details:opttree is an optimized implementation of tree that will  
form the basis for an updated implementation of tree itself. Checking  
into the incubator so folks can use it while the work to update tree  
takes place. Contributed by Adam Wolff of Laszlo Systems, Inc.
	
	Tests: Tests added to incubator test subdirectory.
