Eric,

The only way that I know of is to add the RSS feed of the "Recent
Changes" page to your favorite RSS aggregator.  Here's the RSS link:

http://openlaszlo.org/wiki/index.php?title=Special:Recentchanges&feed=rss

or the Atom link:

http://openlaszlo.org/wiki/index.php?title=Special:Recentchanges&feed=atom
