Hi Akash,

What  kind of questions do you have? 

The LPS 3 defaults to using Flash 6, which uses Unicode internally, so
most things should
just work with any Unicode characters. There are issues of posting
data to and from a web server, which some people have been working
through on the forums. In particular, this thread may be helpful:
