Details: reset() needed to be called on the stableborderlayout
	before update() was called.  reset() was absent,
	resulting in some goofy and incorrect placement.

Tests: Run /test/lztest/lztest-stableborderlayout.lzx modified
	and unmodified; note that the modified version does
	not fail the test.
