Both Linux and Windows builds return a string that includes the nightly build number.
i.e. Windows-1462-openlaszlo-branches-legals-pr2

When invoked directly with 3 arguments, tiger-builder-go.sh does the currect thing. Now I have to see whether the nightly build.xml sends all three parameters to tiger-builder-go.sh properly.
