The current version of the Nullsoft installer is v1.98. The current version is 2.39. The latest stuff has a much better UI and error recovery. v1.98 dates back to 2002.

This should be upgraded when we fully support Windows Vista. Then we can handle other installer issues as well (location with Vista, etc..)
