What needs to happen now is an "ant doc" (or "ant dguide" from the docs/src directory), and the resulting dguide brought over to wherever it needs to go.

Apologies! We have been liberal in allowing documentation checkins because it's rare for a doc problem to break the build. I think this is still the right thing to do, but it does bite us from time to time.

When this bug has been fixed and the files have been moved to the web, we can reslolve
