When basefloatinglist has its listattach attribute set to "top" or "bottom" the list can hang off the left or right of the screen making is unreadable at times
1) Create a combobox with a listattach of "top" or "bottom"
2) move the combobox so its off the left or right of the screen.
3) click on combobox to bring up the list
Results:
The list hangs off the edge. Should always stay within bounds of the screen.
