For 3.4alpha, Chris Pettitt cpettitt@laszlosystems.com requests, please turn off logging from LPS in 3.4alpha branch

I tracked down the location of the logging level to:
WEB-INF/lps/conf/lps.xml
It appears that the logging level is set to debug by default.
