Add a query parameter lzincludeend=/path/to/file.lzx that includes a file at the end of the application, as though <include href="/path/to/file.lzx"/> preceded the </canvas>.
This needs to participate in the cache key, so that file.lzx and file.lzx?lzincludeend=... retrieve separate entries.
