Description

Currently lzc and lzc.bat do not run in the standard Windows XP configuration. Problems with spaces in the directory names ("Program Files" and "OpenLaszlo Server 3.3). This is being fixed in 3.3.1 (LPP 2118). This will need to be fixed in the new build system also.

"Standard windows XP configuration" -- does that mean "without cygwin" and "run from cmd.exe"?
