Improve the installation instructions when upgrading from a previous version.

Really pumped!

I had loaded 3.2 and gotten it running, downloaded 3.3 and couldn't find anything telling me whether to de-install 3.2 first so took a chance and loaded 3.3 over it.

Worked out fine, though I had to poke around to find the Eclipse IDE settings to change to point to new directory for 3.3

Maybe I missed the readme file that told me, but have that as part of the installation splash screen, "If you have a previous version you may install over it but may have to adjust path settings in Eclipse if you are using it." or words to that effect.
