lzc.bat and lzenv.bat set LPS_HOME incorrectly (they point it at 3.0b2, I believe). Since nobody on the platform team uses these scripts to compile, bugs like this will keep cropping up. The quick fix is to change the files to point to the correct location on disk. The longer-term solution is to automatically generate these files, so that they don't rot in future releases.
(I'm not sure I've categorized this bug correctly.)
