Instructions from Morgan: "So you can just duplicate the Server\lps-3.2\docs folder into Server\lps-3.2\docs_fr and put the files I send you to keep the style sheets."

Waiting for updated package from contributor. New plan is to include as a .zip file or a separate directory, with instructions for integration directly into docs folder. Please file a separate JIRA item to remind us that we need to support multi-lingual doc builds at some point.

As promised, find attached the translation of the guide with a README.txt (english version) and a LISEZ-MOI.txt (french version) file to explain the procedure to get the documents translated and running.

Jim - please integrate appropriately for 3.2.1.
